The Eco2TOUCH was developed with regard to the new industry standard 4.0 and is a consequent further development of the successful EcoPUMP. In addition, all process parameters were integrated into the new system to meet the requirements of VDI / VDE 2862 Part 2. The basis of the hydraulics is the EcoPUMP. A particularly reliable and powerful hydraulic pump that has been used successfully for several years.

 

 

 

The most important Eco2TOUCH features

The new Eco2TOUCH control from HYTORC is the associated electronic control unit based on the latest processor technology. It is placed on the pump and is operated via a touch display. This unique control enables every screw to be tightened to the maximum with different tightening methods using intuitive and simple touch controls. The hydraulic unit is controlled simply by touch operation via icons, as they are also known from SmartPhones, without complicated input of tightening parameters and the like. The parameters are created independently of other operating systems and free of laptops or PCs.

With the Eco2TOUCH control, HYTORC not only fulfills the minimum requirements described in VDI / VDE 2862 Sheet 2 for the use of screwing systems and tools in plant and machine construction as well as for flange connections on pressure-bearing components, but much more.

Functionality

Thanks to its modular design, the controller offers individual, flexible and user-oriented process and documentation solutions. The torque is measured on the EcoPump. The Eco2TOUCH control now monitors the pressure and the torque increase during the screwing process. As long as the torque and angle of rotation increase proportionally, the screw is in the elastic range. If the torque no longer increases proportionally to the angle of rotation, the maximum clamping force of the screw is reached. The system then switches off and acknowledges the screw connection. The tightening process is now complete and documented.

230 Volt / 400 Volt (50 + 60Hz)

The EcoPUMP hydraulic unit best converts the engine output into high delivery volume and delivers a new performance in terms of working speed, ease of service and easy handling. And with a modular design for the best possible updates. With a new control technology that does not run via the pressure adjustment valve, wear can be reduced to a minimum and ensures maximum performance.

 

 

 

EasyControl control unit
A newly developed control unit in a basic, automatic and smart version offers individual adaptation to all screwdriving applications and customer needs up to complete process control with documentation. An automatic control can be retrofitted just as quickly as a documentation unit for controlling all assembly processes according to VDI 2230.

SIMULTORC Adapter
All EcoPUMP hydraulic units can be equipped with a flow-optimized SIMULTORC adapter. This significantly reduces the flow resistance and directly increases the working speed. An important aspect especially in the flange screw connection.

Leakfree
A special feature is the leak-proof oil container used on all EcoPUMP hydraulic units for the first time. This means that the hydraulic pump can be used in any position and there is no risk of leakage of the hydraulic oil, especially during transport.
